If you’re an Accounts & Audit Senior who enjoys working closely with clients rather than feeling like just another number, this opportunity is well worth a look.
I’m partnering with a long-established and highly regarded accountancy practice that continues to grow through referrals and reputation. They’re now looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Accounts & Audit Senior in Harrow who is looking for a varied role, genuine responsibility and clear progression.
This position offers an excellent mix of accounts and audit work, giving you exposure to a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses, partnerships and limited companies. You’ll have the opportunity to build lasting client relationships, mentor junior staff and play a key role in delivering a high-quality service.
What you’ll be doing:
*Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders.
*Supporting and completing audit assignments alongside senior colleagues.
*Managing client queries and building strong long-term relationships.
*Reviewing accounts and audit work completed by junior team members.
*Coaching and developing trainees within the team.
*Working closely with managers across a varied client portfolio.
What they’re looking for:
*ACA / ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
*Previous experience within an accountancy practice.
*Strong accounts preparation and audit experience.
*Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
*Good organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines.
*A collaborative approach and the confidence to support junior colleagues.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)
