We are currently recruiting for a Junior Commercial Property Agent for our client based in Bishop’s Stortford.
The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in commercial property with some experience in agency or a sales environment.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Junior Commercial Property Consultant:
*Basic £25,000 - £27,000
*Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities for the role of Junior Commercial Property Consultant:
*Working across a mixed portfolio of commercial property instructions
*Inspecting, measuring and valuing properties for sale, letting or acquisition
*Preparing marketing materials and reports
*Conducting viewings with prospective buyers and tenants
*Negotiating deal terms and preparing heads of terms
*Liaising with solicitors and clients through to completion
Key Skills for the role of Junior Commercial Property Consultant:
*Some experience in agency or a sales environment
