Job Description:
Full job descriptionOur client, a highly regarded and well-established estate agency, is looking for an experienced Senior Property Coordinator to join their lettings team in Horsham and support the smooth day-to-day running of their managed property portfolio.
The Package
*Basic salary £26,382
*33 days paid holiday, plus an extra day off for your birthday

The Role
*Provide personal, professional maintenance advice to landlords and tenants
*Manage property maintenance issues efficiently, ensuring full compliance with procedures
*Maintain the key register and manage the contractor database
*Coordinate with lettings offices on end-of-tenancy and pre-tenancy tasks
About You
*Previous experience in Lettings Administration or Property Management essential
*A good understanding of the lettings process is a plus, though full training will be provided
*Positive, service-focused, and able to build strong relationships
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
*IT proficient with a can-do attitude
