Richmond | 3 Days Per Week (Office Based) | £35,000 Pro Rata

We’re looking for someone who loves combining people-focused HR with smarter, more efficient ways of working. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a broad HR role while helping shape modern processes, introducing practical AI tools, and creating systems that make a real difference.
If you’re someone who enjoys improving processes, solving problems and working independently, this could be the perfect role.
What you’ll be doing*Managing day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
*Supporting recruitment and building consistent, effective hiring processes.
*Maintaining HR policies, records and ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
*Advising on employee relations matters where required.
*Introducing practical AI and automation tools to streamline HR administration.
*Developing simple performance management frameworks and supporting managers with objective setting.
*Producing meaningful HR reports and insights to support decision-making.
*Continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and the employee experience.
What we’re looking for*Previous experience in a generalist HR, People Operations or Talent role.
*Strong understanding of UK employment law.
*Experience working independently and managing multiple priorities.
*A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes.
*Interest in using AI and technology to enhance HR, rather than replace the human element.
*Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
