About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join team in Uphall.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced production environment, contributing to the manufacture of high-quality butter products.
Key Responsibilities*Operate butter production machinery safely and efficiently.
*Assist with the preparation and mixing of ingredients.
*Monitor production processes and carry out quality checks.
*Package and label finished products accurately.
*Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
*Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
*Report any equipment faults or production issues to the supervisor.
*Support other production tasks as required.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
*Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally within the food industry (preferred but not essential).
*Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
*The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*Good communication skills.
*Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
*A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
