Requirements:
*Experience supporting pupils with SEND or additional needs is essential
*A genuine passion for working with children and young people with additional needs
*Understanding of strategies to support pupils with a range of needs, including communication, learning, behavioural, or emotional needs
*Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
*Commitment to promoting inclusion and supporting pupil development
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND, helping them access learning and achieve their individual goals
*Work alongside teachers and the wider support team to deliver personalised support strategies
*Assist with classroom activities, learning tasks, and the development of pupil independence
*Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
*Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment where all pupils can succeed
