Key Responsibilities
*Proactively generate new business to achieve agreed financial targets, including cold calling and outreach
*Develop and deliver tailored forwarding solutions for both new and existing customers
*Manage the full customer enquiry process, ensuring seamless service delivery
*Identify and report opportunities for growth through new customers, routes, and services
