Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker in the NN4 area.
The Role:
*Full-time Support Worker position based in the NN4 area of Northampton
*Minimum commitment of 6 weeks required, with potential for a longer-term opportunity
*Flexible rota-based shifts between 7:00am and 10:00pm
*Sleep-in opportunities available
*Driver preferred but not essential
*Immediate start available
Essential Requirements:
*Minimum 12 months’ UK care experience
*Experience working with children and/or young people is highly desirable
*Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour preferred
*Previous experience in an EBD home, residential care setting, or similar environment is advantageous
*Experience with personal care, medication, and moving & handling
*Ability to commit to full-time flexible rota work for at least 6 weeks
*Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role)
*Reliable, resilient, and compassionate approach to care
