Key Responsibilities
*Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for premium Specialist and Retail customers, including Garden Centres, Farm Shops and Delis.
*Commercial Growth: Identify and unlock opportunities to expand our product range, secure extra shelf space, and introduce new product lines into existing accounts.
*New Business - focus on generating and unlocking new business opportunities
*Service Excellence: Ensure all aspects of our customer’s requirements-from order accuracy and promotional planning to delivery schedule’s managed flawlessly.
*Field Presence: Actively visit customers across Yorkshire to conduct business reviews, present new products, and optimise in-store positioning.
Profile
A successful Sales Manager should have:
*Proven experience in a sales within the Food Sector
*A strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and customer relationship management.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*The ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions.
