Description
Knowledge & Innovation*Help develop and implement the corporate team’s knowledge and innovation strategy
*Maintain and enhance market-leading precedents, templates and know-how resources
*Monitor legal, regulatory, market and technology developments
*Work with innovation specialists to create automated solutions and scalable legal resources
*Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency and knowledge sharing across the practice
*Support the responsible adoption of AI and legal technology tools within the team
Training & Development*Design and deliver legal and practical training programmes
*Support associates and fee-earners with technical know-how and knowledge resources
*Identify emerging training needs across the practice
Thought Leadership & Client Engagement*Draft and coordinate legal updates, client briefings and articles
*Contribute to seminars, workshops and other client-facing initiatives
*Support business development and pitching activities through knowledge-driven content and resources
*Analyse market intelligence, client trends and industry developments
Areas of Technical Coverage*Private M&A
*Private equity transactions

*Public M&A and Takeover Code matters

Profile
*Qualified lawyer with strong corporate transactional experience gained at a leading law firm
*Experience advising on M&A, private equity transactions and/or joint ventures
*Strong drafting, research and communication skills
*Demonstrable interest in legal technology, AI, knowledge management or innovation
*Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and translate legal needs into practical solutions
*Enthusiastic about improving legal service delivery through technology and process improvement
*Previous PSL/Knowledge Lawyer experience is advantageous but not essential
*Highly organised, proactive and capable of working independently
