Are you an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to step up into a Head of Dept role?
This well-established and highly regarded law firm in Axminster, Devon is looking for you!

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a quality caseload while progressing your leadership abilities (supervision experience not needed – training will be given)

The Role
You will manage a broad litigation caseload including:
*Civil and commercial disputes
*Landlord & tenant matters
*Debt claims
*Contentious probate
*Property litigation
Work closely with other seniors across the firm, yet retain autonomy to run your files & department as you see appropriate.
About You
Applications are welcomed from:
*Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with 3+ years’ PQE in litigation
Previous supervisory or mentoring experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
