Our client is a well-established and growing independent financial planning firm, committed to delivering independent financial advice tailored to the individual needs of both personal and corporate clients across the UK.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit two experienced Financial Administrators to join their Client Services team. Opportunities are available in Cirencester and Broadway, offering a hybrid working pattern of three days in the office and two days working from home.
The Role
Working as part of a collaborative Client Services team, you’ll support Financial Advisers with the day-to-day administration of client portfolios, ensuring new business is processed efficiently and clients receive an excellent level of service throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
*Process new business applications and supporting documentation
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
*Liaise with clients, providers and Financial Advisers
*Chase new business applications through to completion
*Prepare documentation for client meetings
*Manage incoming calls, correspondence and client enquiries
*Process policy alterations and claims
*Ensure all records remain accurate, compliant and up to date
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
*Previous experience within an IFA Administration role
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*The ability to prioritise a varied workload
*Good IT skills and confidence using business systems
Experience using Intelligent Office would be advantageous but is not essential.
