Overview
Simon Lincoln Recruitment Solutions is recruiting for a Temporary Resident Services Advisor to join a busy Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) scheme in Cambridge.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment. The assignment is due to start next week and will run for approximately four weeks.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
*Providing a professional and friendly front-of-house service to residents and visitors.
*Responding to resident enquiries in person, by telephone and by email.
*Assisting with resident arrivals, departures and general administration.
*Handling parcels and deliveries.
*Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
*Supporting the site team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
*Ensuring reception and communal areas remain welcoming and presentable.
*Delivering outstanding customer service at all times.
Skills & Experience
*Previous customer service or reception experience is preferred.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
*Well organised with strong attention to detail.
*Able to work independently and as part of a team.
*A positive, professional and proactive approach to work.
