You will play a role in delivering data-driven insights across digital campaigns and customer journeys.Responsibilities will include:*Leading post campaign analysis to evaluate performance and identify optimisation opportunities
*Delivering customer journey reporting across multiple digital touchpoints
*Building and maintaining dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
*Working with large datasets using SQL and Python to generate insights
*Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions
*Supporting test and learn methodologies, including A/B testing and campaign optimisation
*Mentoring junior analysts and contributing to best practice within the team
Your Skills and Experience*Commercial experience in marketing analytics within an agency or consultancy environment
*Experience in digital analytics, including web and social performance measurement - GTM, Google Analytics
*Proven ability to deliver post campaign analysis and customer journey insights
*Experience with SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
*Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
*Understanding of tagging, attribution and digital measurement frameworks
*Stakeholder management skills with the ability to present insights clearly
