Full job descriptionOur client Reading borough council is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their Major Adaptations team.
We are looking for someone who has:
*Significant experience assessing for major adaptations.
*Strong knowledge of adaptation pathways.
*Experience writing detailed adaptation specifications and reports.
*Excellent assessment, problem-solving and communication skills.
*A person-centred approach with a focus on independence, choice and wellbeing.
*HCPC registration and Occupational Therapy qualification.
