Morgan Hunt are recruiting a Computer Science Lecturer delivering T levels and BTEC at an FE College in Greater Manchester for the new academic year in 2026

Basic Job Description




*Start date 17 August 2026
*Full time- 5 days a week - 37.5 hours per week
*Teaching T levels (Year 1 and 2) and a little bit of BTEC
*Teaching to 16-18 year olds
*Ongoing long term sickness at least until December/ Christmas time, could be extended
*£32-40 pound per hour
*FE College in Greater Manchester
*Looking for a T Level specialist and Must have experience in delivering the T levels on computer science/ IT course
*Must have DBS on the update service





Responsibilities of this role as a Computing Lecturer:

*Working in the Computing Department, you will be working with a variety of learners and be expected to meet the College’s standards of work

*Providing additional tutorial and pastoral support to students across the College as required

*Delivering T Levels and BTEC Computer Science and IT




Requirements of this role as a Computing Lecturer:

*A UK recognised teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or equivalent is essential

*Experience of delivering the subject and T Level course.

*Computer Science/ Computing/ IT or similar related qualifications to degree level is essential

*A current DBS on the update service
