Are you an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor looking for your next challenge? What you’ll be doing:
*Managing a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters with support from senior colleagues where required
*Advising clients on commercial litigation, property disputes, contentious probate, construction disputes and landlord & tenant matters
*Representing clients in County Court and High Court litigation
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service
*Working closely with colleagues across the wider firm on multi-disciplinary matters
*Playing an active role in business development, networking, and the continued growth of the Dispute Resolution team
