I’m recruiting on behalf of a long-established precision engineering manufacturer that designs and builds specialist equipment used by customers across a wide range of industries. Their work is varied, technically interesting and built to a high standard, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and precision machining.
This CNC Programmer Role
*Program, set and operate CNC milling machines.
*Produce high-quality precision components from engineering drawings.
*Edit and optimise existing CNC programs.
*Manufacture both one-off and small batch components.
*Inspect your own work to ensure components meet tight tolerances.
*Work closely with the engineering and production teams to deliver projects on time.
*Assist with continuous improvement and machining best practice.
CNC Programmer experience:
*Programming, setting and operating CNC machines
*Reading engineering drawings
*Working to fine tolerances
*Precision engineering or machine build environments
