We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking to join a respected Legal 500 firm.

The team advises an impressive client base that includes business owners, developers, investors, FTSE 350 companies, public sector organisations, charities and high-net-worth individuals.

Your New Role

You’ll manage a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload, working closely with experienced partners on a broad range of transactions while building strong client relationships.
Your work will include:
*Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
*Commercial landlord and tenant matters
*Commercial leases, agreements for lease and lease management
*Development site acquisitions and development work
*Property finance, refinancing and bridging finance
*Licences to Assign, Deeds of Variation and related leasehold matters
*Overage agreements, options and other complex property documentation
*Occasional corporate support on commercial transactions
This is a role offering genuine autonomy, high quality work and the opportunity to play an important part in the continued growth of a well-established Commercial Property team.

About You
We’re keen to hear from Commercial Property Solicitors who have:
*5+ years’ PQE
*Experience managing a broad commercial property caseload
*Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills
*Experience advising on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters and commercial leases
*Exposure to development and property finance work (desirable but not essential)
*Excellent client management and communication skills
*Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
*The ambition to progress within a supportive and successful Legal 500 team
