The Opportunity
UK Staffing Group are recruiting for a Junior Merchandiser & Showroom Coordinator to join a growing business operating within the luxury interiors and lifestyle sector.
This is a genuinely unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, organisation and working with premium products. Combining merchandising, showroom coordination, stock management and client support, no two days are ever the same.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the company’s luxury showroom is always presented to the highest standard, whilst managing an extensive product library used by clients and project teams across the UK and internationally.
From preparing client meetings and coordinating product samples to supporting merchandising projects and showroom displays, you’ll become an integral part of a close-knit team that prides itself on delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities*Maintain the showroom to the highest presentation standards.
*Merchandise displays and ensure products are presented professionally.
*Organise and maintain the company’s extensive product sample library.
*Prepare products and meeting spaces for client appointments.
*Coordinate sample deliveries and collections across the UK.
*Maintain accurate stock records and sample tracking systems.
*Pack, dispatch and receive product samples.
*Support the Projects and Sales teams with product requests.
*Assist with client hosting and showroom visits.
*Travel when required to support client meetings, supplier visits and showroom projects.
About You
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes pride in presentation and thrives in a busy, fast-moving environment.
You’ll ideally have experience in:
*Retail
*Luxury Retail
*Visual Merchandising
*Showroom Sales
*Stock Control
*Customer Service
*Hospitality
*Product Coordination
*Administration

You’ll also have:
*A full UK Driving Licence (essential).
*Excellent organisational skills.
*Strong attention to detail.
*A professional and confident manner.
*Good IT and administration skills.
*The ability to prioritise changing workloads.
*A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Merchandising, stock management or premium retail experience would be highly advantageous, but attitude, professionalism and the willingness to learn are equally important.
