Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Industrial division. You’ll inherit a warm desk with existing clients, live vacancies and plenty of opportunities to develop new business while working within a supportive, experienced team.

The Role
You’ll manage a busy Industrial recruitment desk, supporting clients with both temporary and permanent staffing requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to successful placement.
* Recruiting for roles including Warehouse Operatives, Forklift Drivers, Van Drivers, Production Operatives, Assemblers, Administrators and Supervisors.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities.
* Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and proactive recruitment campaigns.
* Interviewing, registering and onboarding candidates.
* Matching candidates to suitable opportunities while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
* Managing temporary workers, client bookings and shift fulfilment.
* Negotiating rates and terms with clients and candidates.
* Ensuring compliance with Right to Work legislation and recruitment best practice.

Ideally you’ll have:
* Recruitment experience within the Industrial, Logistics, Driving or Manufacturing sectors.
* Additional language skills will be a benefit.

* A confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
* The ability to prioritise multiple vacancies and changing client requirements.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
