Marlow, Buckinghamshire - Hybrid Working- £50,000-£70,000

A Top Tier Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked law firm, is looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor (2-5 PQE) to join its highly regarded team based in Marlow. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside one of the region’s most respected Employment Partners, advising an impressive portfolio of businesses, senior executives and household-name clients.

The Opportunity

From day one you will inherit a quality caseload, while having the opportunity to develop your own client relationships and build your practice. The role offers an excellent balance of contentious and non-contentious employment work, acting for both employers and employees across a broad range of sectors.

You’ll advise on matters including:
*Employment Tribunal claims and litigation
*Disciplinary and grievance procedures
*Redundancies, restructures and TUPE
*Employment contracts, policies and handbooks
*Settlement agreements
*Restrictive covenants and senior executive exits
*Corporate support on employment aspects of business transactions

About You

We’re keen to her from Employment Solicitors who have:

*Around 2–5 years’ PQE in employment law
*Experience managing both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
*Exposure to advising employer clients (claimant experience is also welcomed)
*Strong technical ability and excellent client care skills
*A commercial mindset with a genuine interest in developing client relationships
*The ambition to progress their career within a growing and supportive team
