Job Description:
Full job descriptionOur Successful growing National Company are looking to recruit an Assistant Branch Supervisor on a fulltime permanent basis. The role is to support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations to ensure financial targets are achieved and the branch runs smoothly dealing with customers, generating quotes and following up on quotes to maximise revenue. Deal with customers face to face and support the warehouse operation to ensure orders are delivered to the local clients.
Key Responsibilities
*Support daily branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, workflow coordination, and service delivery.
*Assist customers or clients by resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring a high standard of service.
*Monitor branch performance, including sales, productivity, service quality, inventory, or operational targets depending on the business.
*Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, cash-handling procedures, and regulatory requirements.
*Prepare sales quotes.
*Handle escalated concerns professionally and work with management to resolve operational or customer issues.
*Maintain branch appearance and organization, ensuring the workplace is clean, safe, and professional.
*Step in for the Branch Manager when required, supporting leadership decisions and branch priorities.
To be considered for this role you will have worked in a similar role within a trade Branch and are looking to join a business that offers real opportunities in the future. The role is Monday to Friday no weekends and the salary is circa £30k plus bonuses on hitting targets etc.
