Overview
Simon Lincoln Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for a Temporary Maintenance Operative to join the team at King Square Studios in Bristol for an initial 5-week assignment.
This is a hands-on role supporting the site team with general maintenance, repairs and making good throughout the property. We are looking for a reliable individual who takes pride in delivering high standards of work and customer service.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
*Carry out general maintenance and repair work throughout the property.
*Complete basic painting and decorating tasks.
*Perform minor plumbing and joinery repairs.
*Replace fixtures and fittings where required.
*Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
*Support room inspections and prepare rooms for incoming residents.
*Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
*Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
*Work closely with the site management team to resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Skills & Experience
*Previous maintenance or facilities experience is essential.
*Basic skills across painting, plumbing, joinery and general repairs.
*Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
*Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*Friendly and professional approach with excellent communication skills.
*Reliable with a strong work ethic.
*Immediate availability preferred.
