Full job description A leading international professional services firm is looking for a Legal Project Executive to join its growing Legal Operations team in London. Offering a hybrid working model and a salary of £45,700 - £51,900, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with project support, PMO, operations, or process improvement experience who enjoys working with stakeholders, analysing data, and driving efficiencies.
Key responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of a range of client and internal projects.
* Monitor project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and key milestones.
* Produce reporting, analysis, and management information to support decision-making.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across legal and business support functions.
* Assist with process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
* Support the adoption of project management tools, systems, and best practices.
About you:
* Experience in project coordination, PMO, operations, business improvement, or a similar role.
* Previous experience within a legal, professional services, or corporate environment would be advantageous.
* Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* A proactive approach and an interest in project management, operations, or continuous improvement.
