Profile
*Qualified Solicitor in a recognised common law jurisdiction
*Senior Solicitor within Corporate, Funds or a related practice area
*Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
*Experience supervising and mentoring junior team members
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
*Interest in investment funds and willingness to develop specialist expertise
*Comfortable working in a technology-enabled and process-driven environment
