Financial Adviser Role:
*Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering bespoke financial planning and investment advice
*Conduct in-depth financial reviews to understand client needs and objectives across pensions, investments, tax planning, and estate management
*Develop and present holistic wealth management strategies, aligned with regulatory standards and client goals
*Collaborate with in-house specialists including tax advisers, portfolio managers, and legal experts
*Stay informed on market trends, legislative changes, and product developments to ensure proactive, compliant advice
*Contribute to business development initiatives, mentoring junior advisers and helping grow the firm’s client base
Financial Advisor Requirements:
*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent); Chartered or working towards Chartered status preferred
*Proven track record of client retention, asset growth, and delivering exceptional service
*Strong knowledge of investment markets, tax planning, retirement strategies, and estate planning
*Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
*Client-first mindset with the ability to navigate complex financial needs
