Description
*Carrying out pre and post-inspections on day-to-day responsive repairs.
*Inspecting and managing damp and mould cases, identifying causes and recommending appropriate remedial works.
*Diagnosing a wide range of building defects and repair issues.
*Producing clear specifications of work and monitoring quality through post-inspections.
*Liaising with tenants, contractors and internal teams to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and customer expectations are met.
*Strong understanding of social housing repairs, maintenance standards and contractor performance management.
Profile
*A strong background in social housing repairs and maintenance and extensive experience carrying out property inspections, diagnosing defects and ensuring repairs are completed to a high standard.
*RICS desirable but not required!
Job Offer
*Daily rate of £225 to £250 per day (umbrella rate).
*Temp to Perm available for those who’d be keen.
