The job:
This fully remote Financial Planner job is ideal for an experienced adviser in Guildford or the wider Surrey area who wants volume and quality of leads without the grind of prospecting.
*Convert a steady flow of high-quality, pre-qualified warm leads
*Advise across investment planning, retirement strategy, estate planning and tax-efficient structures
*Create tailored financial plans aligned with client goals and life stages
*Build long-term client relationships through holistic financial advice
*Work with internal teams to deliver strategy-led planning
*Contribute to the firm’s ongoing growth
What you’ll need:
*Highly experienced Holistic Financial Planner or Financial Adviser
*Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and FCA authorisation
*Proven track record progressing the pipeline through to completions
*Proven experience advising high-net-worth clients
*Commercially minded and proactive, with strong closing skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The package:
*Salary £65,000 to £80,000 depending on experience
*Lucrative quarterly bonus scheme
*Almost unlimited warm leads averaging £500,000 investable assets
*Fully remote, with hybrid or office-based options if preferred
*25 days holiday plus bank holidays
*Group Life Scheme and death in service
*Excellent pension
