Description
The role of S&OP Manager will be reporting into the Managing Director, the role plays a key part in the Senior Leadership Team, supporting the development & implementation of strategies that will enable the company to achieve its vision, targets & objectives.


*Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
*Supply and Demand Forecasting
*Inventory Management
*Warehouse, Intake and Operations (internal and external)
*Transport and Logistics
*Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Management
*Supply Chain Systems and Data Analytics


Profile
A successful S&OP Manager should have:


*Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within the FMCG sector.
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive decision-making.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
