THE ROLE
This is a newly-created senior, high-visibility position spanning strategic financial planning, tax, commercial analysis and business partnering across a diverse property portfolio. *Lead tax planning initiatives, corporate restructurings and transaction-related work, ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements
*Conduct periodic reviews of the group’s tax position, identifying efficiencies and mitigating risk

*Prepare shareholder reporting packs and respond to ad-hoc information requests
*Contribute to strategic direction, identifying opportunities for value creation and supporting capital allocation decisions
*Lead debt modelling, covenant monitoring and forecasting
*Support capital raises and corporate transactions with financial information and due diligence
ABOUT YOU
*Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), ideally with strong (c5 years’ plus) post-qualification experience gained in industry – however a talented, intelligent individual from a top practice firm who has tax experience will also be considered
*Track record in tax planning and corporate transactions; CTA and prior restructuring experience is a strong plus
*Experience engaging with lenders and overseeing debt covenants or financing arrangements
*Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modelling and investment analysis capability
*Confidence managing shareholder or C-Suite relationships and reporting
*Experience working across multiple business lines
*Investment, private equity, family office or similar investment-led sector background advantageous, although not essential
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious finance leader to step into a role with genuine strategic influence, direct shareholder exposure and real ownership of the tax and treasury agenda within a growing, entrepreneurial investment platform.
