A leading international professional services firm is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Senior Business Development Manager to drive business development across its market-leading Dispute Resolution practice.
This senior role will lead UK BD strategy, develop impactful client campaigns and thought leadership, manage a high-performing team, and partner with senior stakeholders on cross-border initiatives. Using data-driven insights, the successful candidate will identify growth opportunities and enhance market profile.
Applicants should have significant business development experience within legal or other professional services, with a proven track record of delivering strategic go-to-market initiatives, exceptional stakeholder management, and strong project leadership. Experience with CRM and marketing technology is advantageous.
