We’re a fast-growing nationwide accountancy practice seeking a motivated Part-Time Sales Executive to help expand our client base. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager and marketing team to convert inbound enquiries, generate new opportunities, and support the continued growth of the business. This role offers flexible part-time hours to suit the right candidate.
Role Overview
The Sales Executive will focus on converting incoming leads, conducting outreach, and supporting structured sales campaigns. This role suits someone with proven sales success, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
*Inbound Conversion — Convert inbound enquiries received online or through the branch network.
*Business Development — Work with the Sales Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities.
*Mail Merge Campaigns — Execute targeted mail merge campaigns to generate leads.
*Referral System — Use the referral system to drive additional client acquisition.
*Cross-Selling — Identify opportunities to cross-sell services to existing and new clients.
*Sales Communication — Use phone calls, video conferencing, and digital communication to convert sales.
Essential Requirements
*CRM Proficiency — Ability to use CRM systems and Microsoft Office packages confidently.
*Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with other staff.
*2+ years’ proven success in sales or business development.
*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
*Strong presentation abilities for reporting to senior leadership.
