Full job descriptionWe are currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing quality work.
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day production process, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities
*Support daily production activities to meet production targets.
*Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently (full training provided where required).
*Carry out quality checks on products throughout the manufacturing process.
*Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
*Assist with general housekeeping duties across the production area.
*Follow health and safety procedures and company policies at all times.
*Handle and move materials as required.
*Operate a Forklift Truck (FLT) when required, if appropriately trained and authorised.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth production operations.
*Report any equipment faults, quality issues, or safety concerns to the relevant supervisor.
