Lead the UK payroll function, overseeing three payrolls and managing the UK & Ireland expenses system. You’ll ensure payroll accuracy, HMRC compliance, and the smooth delivery of payroll and benefits while working closely with HR, Finance, Operations, and external providers.
Key responsibilities:
*Lead and develop the payroll team.
*Ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing and P11D submissions.
*Manage the expense system and HMRC compliance.
*Build strong relationships with stakeholders and system providers.
*Deliver payroll reporting, support audits, and drive continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring:
*Proven payroll leadership experience with strong HMRC knowledge.
*CIPP qualification.
*Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
*Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
*Microsoft Query (SQL) experience is an advantage.
