Based in Stoke-on-Trent, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Advisors. Successful individuals will represent recognised non-profit organisations through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns across residential environments within the Stoke-on-Trent area.
Client training, invitations to daily upskilling sessions and ongoing support are available from the start, making this a suitable long-term opportunity for individuals looking to broaden existing skills within a customer-facing environment.
What Is Needed To Be A Successful Sales Advisor:
*Strong English communication skills.
*Confidence engaging with customers face-to-face.
*A proactive and adaptable approach.
*Full-time equivalent availability, with a minimum of 4–5 full working days per week.
*Ability to commute to the Stoke-on-Trent office each working day.

*A Brand Awareness Fee (earn a daily fee paid to you, only applicable when representing a client for a full day) plus commission and financial incentives.

The Role:
*Representing a variety of clients through face-to-face customer engagement campaigns.
*Engaging with customers in residential-based settings.
*Promoting products and services whilst delivering a positive customer experience.
*Attending client training and invitations to daily upskilling sessions facilitated by experienced individuals.
*Providing feedback and insights from customer interactions.
*Maintaining a professional approach when representing clients.
Applicants from customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, front of house, marketing, administration, warehouse and other customer-facing backgrounds may have transferable skills relevant to this opportunity, although previous experience is not necessary. This opportunity operates on a subcontracted basis. Earnings consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission and financial incentives.
This role is not suitable for candidates currently in education (school, college or university) or current international students. We are seeking individuals with full-time equivalent availability of 4–5 full working days per week.
