Full-Time Equivalent Entry Level Opportunity (Client Training & Upskilling Available From the Start)

We are a well-established sales and marketing company based in Central Bournemouth, representing recognised non-profit organisations through face-to-face customer acquisition across residential campaigns. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our customer-facing team.
Client training, invitations to daily upskilling sessions and ongoing support are available from the start, making this a suitable long-term opportunity for individuals looking to broaden existing skills within a customer-facing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
*Supporting customer acquisition through face-to-face residential campaigns.
*Engaging with customers while delivering a professional customer experience.
*Working alongside a collaborative customer-facing team.
*Promoting products and services while providing clear and accurate information.
*Supporting customer sign-ups and completing relevant sales administration.

*Financial Rewards: A Brand Awareness Fee (earn a daily fee paid to you, only applicable when representing a client for a full day), where applicable, plus commission and performance incentives. Earnings are paid weekly.

No previous experience is necessary. Client training, invitations to daily upskilling sessions and ongoing support are available from the start. Individuals from retail, warehouse, administration, waiting staff, reception, customer service, marketing, sales assistant, promotions, hospitality, front of house, bar work and other customer-facing backgrounds may have transferable skills relevant to this opportunity.

This opportunity operates on a subcontracted basis. Earnings consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission and performance incentives.
