This is an outstanding opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded finance lawyer to work on complex, high-value transactions across multiple jurisdictions at a prestigious international law firm. The team advises a broad client base including major investment banks, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers on a wide range of leveraged and acquisition finance matters.

Key Responsibilities
*Advise lenders, borrowers, and sponsors on a wide range of leveraged and acquisition finance transactions.
*Draft and negotiate complex finance documentation including facility agreements, intercreditor agreements, and security packages.
*Support clients through all stages of the deal lifecycle, from structuring and term sheet negotiation to closing and post-closing matters.
*Coordinate with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions to deliver seamless cross-border advice.
*Stay up to date with market trends and regulatory developments affecting the leveraged finance space.
*Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.
Required Qualifications
*Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction).
*1-6 years PQE ideally gained at a top-tier UK or international law firm.
*Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
*Commercially minded with a proactive and client-focused approach.
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
