Full job description A Leading US Tax Practice is searching for a US Corporate Tax Senior to join their US Tax team located in newly refurbed offices in a Central London location, offering flexible and agile working.

As a US Corporate Tax Senior, your responsibilities will include:
*Supporting in the management of a group of corporate clients
*Reviewing US Corporate and Partnership tax returns
*Assisting Senior Leadership in the delivery of advice
*Carrying out research to provide technical solutions and deliverables for clients
*Researching and applying US Tax concepts
*Ensure you’re keeping up to date with latest legislative changes
*Support in business development and marketing initiatives
Your experience: *US CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) with suitable US Corporate / Business Tax experience
*Private Equity Fund exposure would be advantageous but is not essential
*Proficient in Excel and ideally CCH Axcess
