Veritas Education is recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Unqualified Nursery Practitioners to work on a daily supply basis across a range of welcoming nurseries in Southwark and the surrounding areas.
Whether you’re looking for full-time work, a few days each week, or want to gain valuable experience in Early Years, we have flexible opportunities to suit your availability.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll support children aged 0-5 years, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where they can learn, play, and thrive in line with the EYFS framework.
What We’re Looking For*Experience working with children in a nursery, school, childcare, or similar setting is desirable but not essential
*A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
*A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A willingness to learn and develop within an Early Years environment
Your Responsibilities*Supporting children’s learning through play-based activities
*Assisting with daily nursery routines, including mealtimes and outdoor play
*Encouraging children’s social, emotional, and language development
*Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment
*Working collaboratively with nursery staff to ensure the best outcomes for every child
