Are you an experienced Room Leader looking for your next opportunity in Early Years?
Academics are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming school-based nursery in Mid Sussex for a Full-Time Room Leader to join their team from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional who is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children while leading a dedicated team.
The Role:*Full-time, Monday to Friday
*Leading a nursery room within a school setting
*Supporting children’s learning and development through play
*Managing the day-to-day running of the room
*Working closely with colleagues and parents to ensure the highest standards of care
Requirements:*CACHE Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
*Paediatric First Aid qualification (essential)
*Previous experience working as a Room Leader
*Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
*A positive, organised, and caring approach
