Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Reed Business Support are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to join an established organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, proactive and professional individual to provide confidential and comprehensive support to a Senior Leadership Team. Working at the heart of the business, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of executive activities, meetings and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings
*Handling confidential correspondence and sensitive information with discretion
*Organising and supporting Board, Executive and Senior Leadership Team meetings
*Preparing meeting packs, agendas, minutes and action trackers
*Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
*Organising internal events, leadership meetings and business updates
*Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
*Monitoring actions and ensuring deadlines are met
*Providing proactive administrative and executive support to senior stakeholders
About You
The successful candidate will have previous experience providing high-level Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant support within a fast-paced environment.
You will demonstrate:
*Proven Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administrative experience
*Experience handling highly confidential information
*Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong stakeholder management capabilities
*Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
*The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines
*A proactive and solutions-focused approach
*The confidence to work independently and exercise sound judgement
