We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive Secondary Schools across the Cardiff area. Whether you’re experienced or looking to build on your classroom skills, we have fantastic short-term and long-term local opportunities to suit you.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
*Manage and cover classes in replacement of the class teacher
*Assist the school in delivering engaging lessons
*Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
*Provide tailored support for pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
*Encourage pupil confidence, independence and progress
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience covering and managing classes for all subject specialisms
*Ability to lead classes and actively encourage learning
*A patient, nurturing and proactive approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A genuine passion for supporting learning and development
