Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:30 – 17:00, Friday, 8:30 – 16:00
Your Duties Will Include:
*Effective delivery of the New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) process from kitchen handover to launch in line with customer category plans
*Lead the Process teams to move product from kitchen to factory, ensuring all aspects of product quality are met and delivers the agreed margin.
*Lead process team documentation to support product development to an auditable standard
*Lead the launch of product to agreed standards including supporting running of the trial, launch meetings and efficient handover to Technical and production teams
*To understand and drive proactive process development initiatives which push production boundaries
*Support post-launch review through work with Technical teams for ongoing assessment of product quality, solve manufacturing problems, driving continuous improvement, identify cost savings and efficiency to the business
*Support the organising of customer visits and benchmarking panels
Experience, Skills and Knowledge:
*Technical Knowledge: Foundation in food manufacturing, HACCP basics, food safety understanding and keen to grow.
*Required Experience: Early-career or entry-level experience in food manufacturing/FMCG.
*Qualifications: HND/Degree in food-based subject (desirable).
*Soft Skills: Enthusiasm, team player, motivated, adaptable, proactive.
*Flexibility: Expected to support across sites and shifts, which may include evenings and weekends if required.
