What You’ll Be Doing
*Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils
*Support students across a range of subjects
*Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
*Help manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
*Support pupils’ progress, confidence, and wellbeing
*Work closely with teachers and wider school staff
What We’re Looking For
*Experience working with children or young people (school or care setting)
*A patient, proactive, and supportive approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
*Experience supporting additional learning needs (ALN) is highly desirable
