Your Role:
*Support teachers and ALN pupils within school classrooms
*Assist with lesson delivery and classroom activities
*Support ALN pupils’ learning, confidence, and engagement
*Promote a positive, calm, and inclusive learning environment
*Support behaviour management in line with school policies
*Work alongside teachers and other support staff
*Support pupil learning, well-being, and development
What You’ll Need:
*At least 3 months of experience working with children or vulnerable adults (references required)
*An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
*Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) (or willingness to register)
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*A positive attitude and passion for supporting young people
