Hours: Flexible (up to 36 hours per week)
We are looking for a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist / Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy office environment.
Flexible Working Hours
While the full-time hours for this role are 36 hours per week, we can offer flexibility to suit the right candidate. Applications are welcome from those looking to work fewer hours or start earlier in the day.
Key Responsibilities*Welcome and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
*Answer and manage incoming telephone calls and provide information where appropriate.
*Receive and dispatch packages using courier services.
*Maintain visitor logs and issue security passes or badges.
*Coordinate boardroom bookings and ensure meeting room equipment is available.
*Provide general administrative support.
About YouWe’re looking for someone who has:
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
*The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
*The ability to work independently and manage their own workload.
*A professional approach to handling confidential information.
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience & Qualifications*Previous administrative or reception experience is beneficial but not essential (1–2 years’ experience welcomed).
