An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced, polished and proactive Housekeeper to join a staffed UHNW private residence in West London.
This is a hands-on role suited to a Housekeeper who takes genuine pride in maintaining the highest standards within a formal household. Working both independently and alongside an established team, you will be responsible for ensuring the property is presented impeccably at all times while providing discreet and professional support to the principals when in residence.

This is a part time residence, when the Principals are in residence, it becomes a busy, fully operational household with numerous staff and guests in attendance. Visits can take place throughout the year, sometimes at short notice, and usually between 2 weeks and 2 months.

Duties will include:
*Daily housekeeping to an exceptional standard throughout a substantial private residence
*Care and maintenance of luxury interiors including marble, fine wood flooring, antiques, artwork, silverware and specialist finishes
*Household organisation and ensuring all areas remain beautifully presented
*Laundry and wardrobe support as required (the majority of laundry is sent out)
*Monitoring household supplies and replenishing stock
*Liaising with contractors and service providers when required
*Running occasional household errands and shopping
*Assisting with table service and entertaining when required
*Supporting the wider household team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the residence

The Ideal Candidate:
*Previous experience within a HNW/UHNW private household is essential
*Exceptional eye for detail and high housekeeping standards
*Experienced caring for luxury furnishings, specialist surfaces and delicate fabrics
*Professional, discreet and highly trustworthy
*Calm, organised and able to work efficiently under pressure
*Flexible and willing to adapt to the needs of the household, particularly when the Principals are in residence
*Confident working independently as well as part of a fully staffed household
*A driving licence would be advantageous but is not essential

Schedule & Benefits:
*Monday-Friday: 9:30am-5:30pm when the Principals are away
*Flexibility required when the Principals are in residence, with longer working days and occasional weekend support (Overtime is offered for additional hours worked)
*Discretionary bonus
