Are you a Private Client Solicitor, Private Client Lawyer or Chartered Legal Executive looking to join a respected regional law firm with genuine career progression and high-quality work?
This established and expanding Devon law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer to join its successful Private Client team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload, work alongside experienced Partners and develop your expertise within a supportive and progressive practice.
The Role
You will manage a broad range of private client matters, including:
*Wills and estate planning
*Probate and estate administration
*Trust creation and administration
*Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning
*Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
*Court of Protection work
*Advising high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners on succession planning and wealth preservation
You’ll benefit from exposure to complex matters while building long-term client relationships and developing your career within a highly regarded Private Client department.
About You
Applications are welcomed from:
*Qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives (CILEX) with 2+ years’ PQE in Private Client
*Strong experience handling wills, probate, trusts and estate administration
*Excellent communication and client relationship skills
*Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
*STEP qualification is advantageous but not essential, with funding and support available
