What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a New Homes Sales Manager:
*Lead, motivate and develop the New Homes sales team to achieve ambitious revenue and performance targets
*Build strong relationships with developers, providing strategic advice on pricing, launch strategies, unit mix and sales performance
*Oversee the commercial performance of the department, driving sustainable growth and profitability
*Analyse market trends, economic conditions and buyer behaviour to influence pricing and sales strategies
*Recruit, train and mentor high-performing sales professionals while developing future leaders within the business
*Implement robust KPI reporting, performance management processes and operational best practice across the department

*Proven experience managing successful New Homes sales teams within the property sector
*Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
*Experience working with property developers and advising on sales and marketing strategies
*Excellent leadership, coaching and team development skills
*Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret market data and identify business opportunities
*Outstanding communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities
*Highly organised with excellent planning, reporting and performance management skills
*Ambitious, commercially driven and passionate about building a market-leading New Homes operation
